She’s also our official Bizz Bitch partner for all things content at our events and meetups, capturing the energy, the connections, and the moments that make you wish you were in the room.

And if you’ve ever met her in person, you already know— her warm, genuine heart, her effortless, elevated style, and the way she makes you feel instantly comfortable… like you’ve known her for years.

I also had the absolute pleasure of recording a podcast episode with her, where we talked about community, identity, being Peruvian, and building a brand that actually feels aligned with who you are. (Listen Here!)

Now let’s get into it…

Bizz Bitch Asks, Dalia Answers

Q: For the women just finding you… what do you actually do?

I help visionary women entrepreneurs create engaging and authentic video content that showcases both their personality and their expertise, so they can attract aligned clients and build a personal brand that truly represents them.

I work with mission-driven women who want to make an impact and build a legacy with their work, but who may not feel confident or consistent when it comes to showing up on video. I support them either by filming content for them and turning it into authentic, engaging reels, or by coaching them on how to create content themselves in a way that feels sustainable.

At the end of the day, it’s about helping women feel confident showing up online and creating content that actually connects, instead of just posting to post.

Q: What sparked this business for you? What was the moment it clicked?

This business was really born out of my desire to make an impact and build something meaningful. I knew I wanted to use my natural strengths—my creativity and my ability to connect with people—to help others in a way that felt aligned.

I remember telling my friends I was looking for something like this, and one of my best friends, who is a photographer and business coach, invited me to film video content at one of her mini session days. She knew I had always been creative and that I was really good at making people feel comfortable.

That day completely changed everything for me. I got to help women show up on camera, feel more confident, and actually see themselves in a new way. It felt so natural and so fulfilling, and I knew right away that I wanted to keep doing this.

From there, I just kept saying yes to more opportunities, and that’s how Dalia for Reels started to grow.

Q: What was one of the biggest challenges you faced in the beginning?

One of the hardest parts for me was figuring out how to truly connect my personality to my content.

At the beginning, I tried so many different styles of content, and for about a year I was posting every single day because that’s what I thought I was supposed to do. But there was no real strategy behind it, and I ended up burning out pretty quickly.

I also felt really disconnected from what I was creating. My messaging was all over the place, and because of that, I didn’t feel confident in what I was putting out. That lack of clarity was not only confusing my audience, but it was also affecting how I saw myself.

Everything shifted when I started looking at my analytics, building a strategy, and creating systems that actually supported me. Once I had a clear plan in place, the overthinking started to go away, and my personality finally had space to come through naturally.

Q: What makes your approach to content different? What do your clients experience?

The biggest thing my clients feel when they work with me is comfort and confidence.

I have a very bright and uplifting energy, and I genuinely love getting to know the women I work with. I’m constantly encouraging them, asking questions, and helping them see parts of themselves that they may not have fully recognized before.

I care deeply about their mission and what they’re building, and that comes through in the way I guide them through the process.

I also bring a lot of creativity into the experience and show them that content creation doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. When you have the right systems, tools, and mindset in place, it can actually feel easy and even fun.

Q: Can you share a client transformation that really stands out?

I worked with a client who didn’t have strong video content and was mostly posting carousels or longer videos that weren’t really capturing attention. She also had multiple business ideas and wasn’t fully clear on what she wanted to focus on, which showed up in her content.

During our planning process, we went really deep into each of her ideas and created intentional video concepts, including outfits, props, and specific shots that would represent each part of her brand.

After the shoot, she told me that the process actually gave her more clarity on her business as a whole. It helped her reconnect with her mission and decide where she wanted to focus her energy.

She also loved having a full video content library ready to go, which made it so much easier for her to stay consistent. And what’s really powerful is that she’s still using videos from that shoot two years later, because they truly represent her brand and not just a trend.

Q: What are you building right now that you’re most excited about?

Right now I feel really aligned with my mission, and I have a lot of clarity around how I help my clients.

I’m especially excited about growing my Social Content Days and launching my Content Freedom Mastermind. Both of these offers are focused on helping women save time, have more fun with their content, and create in a way that feels sustainable.

I love that these experiences also bring in the community aspect, because creating content doesn’t have to be something you do alone.

Q: What’s something people misunderstand about what you do?

A lot of people assume that I just come in and film, like I’m a tripod or an assistant, but that’s not what I do at all.

I see myself as a creative director and a coach. Every shot I create is intentional, and I’m constantly thinking about movement, angles, and the overall vibe to make sure the content reflects the person and their brand.

I’m also paying attention to everything around them, making sure it all aligns visually and emotionally.

This is something I take seriously, and I’m always learning and improving my craft so I can create content that really stands out.

Q: What’s a truth about content that more people need to hear?

Viral content doesn’t automatically bring you clients, and neither does just following trends.

Posting every day without a clear plan isn’t going to get you results either.

What actually works is having consistency in your messaging and in how often you show up. When your content clearly communicates who you are and what you do, that’s what builds trust and brings in aligned clients.

Q: Why is community such a big part of your story?

Community has always been a huge part of my life.

I grew up in a big, loud Peruvian family. My mom has 10 siblings, my dad has 6, and between both sides I have around 40 cousins. Being together was never something that felt forced—it was something we genuinely looked forward to.

We showed up for each other in the good moments and in the hard ones. There was always someone to connect with, and that sense of support was just part of life.

When I moved to the United States, I knew I needed to create that same kind of community for myself. I had already learned that life is better when you’re not doing it alone.

Now, I see community as essential for growth, connection, and even for your nervous system. It’s not just about celebrating wins, but also having people to share challenges with, exchange resources, and support each other through it all.

Q: Give us a few fun facts because we love a multi-dimensional queen

I was born and raised in Peru and Spanish is my first language. I’ve lived in three countries and traveled to 18, which has shaped so much of who I am today.

I love karaoke, long walks in nature, and anything that helps me feel grounded, like sound healing or just being outside.

I also have over 50 house plants in my one-bedroom condo, don’t drink coffee because I already have a lot of natural energy, and I’m slightly afraid of birds because I got pecked when I was little.
