ABOUT Jazmin

I help FOUNDERS build business ecosystems people actually want to belong to.

A close-up of a bowl filled with sushi rolls, including salmon, avocado, and fish roe, set on a wooden table with chopsticks.
Woman lying on the floor with a laptop, holding a coffee mug, in front of a cluttered table with magazines, headphones, and books, in a living room with pillows, one with text reading 'BITCH'.
A person sitting at a desk with a computer monitor, keyboard, and mouse, in a workspace with a window and shelves.

I look at the whole damn ecosystem: The people. The offers. The customer journey.

The events. The partnerships.The sponsorships.

The systems. The content. The AI. The money.

The way someone enters your world and every reason they choose to stay.

Because when all of those pieces begin feeding each other, you no longer have a pile of disconnected offers.

You have an ecosystem.

You might even have a movement.

Your Business BFF, With a Strategy Brain (with zero BS attached)

Here is what I know for sure.

People do not need more content thrown at them.

They do not need another course collecting digital dust.

And they definitely do not need another “community” that is really just a Slack channel and a monthly Zoom link nobody remembers to attend.

People want to feel connected.

They want to feel seen.

They want to walk into a room, a store, a program, a launch, or a brand experience and immediately think:

These are my people.

But creating that feeling takes more than good vibes and a cute Canva graphic.

It takes strategy.

It takes intentional connection design.

It takes offers that make sense, systems that do not make you want to launch your laptop into the ocean, and a business model that actually pays you for the value you are creating.

That is where I come in.

Leaving corporate was one of the best decisions I ever made.

But I missed the tiny things.

The coffee conversations.

The "Want to grab a drink after work?"

The people who just...got it.

Turns out, I wasn't the only founder feeling that way.

That loneliness became the beginning of everything I build today.

Honestly, This Started Because I Was Really F*cking Lonely

Black and white photo of a woman with long hair, glasses, and earrings, sitting on a folding chair with her legs crossed, holding a bowl in her right hand, wearing a blazer, blouse, skirt, and high heels, laughing against a plain background.

THEN I STARTED NOTICING SOMETHING..

The businesses surviving weren't always the smartest.

They were the most connected.

The founders with real communities...

Real partnerships...

Real referrals...

Real relationships...

They weren't building alone.

That's when I realized community isn't fluffy.

It's infrastructure.

A woman sitting on the floor in a living room, using a laptop, holding a drink, with magazines and books around her.

Sometimes it's a membership.

Sometimes it's a launch event.

Sometimes it's a customer community.

Sometimes it's a brand experience.

Sometimes it’s cult. (JK!)

Sometimes it's getting the right five people around a dinner table.

Community isn't a platform.

It's intentional connection.

COMMUNITY DOESN'T ALWAYS LOOK LIKE A MEMBERSHIP

THEN AI ENTERED THE CHAT.

Woman sitting on a chair, smiling, participating in an event celebrating International Women's Day with a backdrop that says 'The Group Chat IRL' and 'International Women's Day', with black chairs arranged around her.

Because systems always made sense to me, AI felt natural.

But somewhere along the way, everyone started sounding...

Exactly.The. Same.

So now I'm totally obsessed with helping founders turn Claude into Claudette.

A strategic coworker.

Not a robot.

Not generic content.

Not bro-marketing.

AI with personality.

AI with ethics.

AI that still sounds like you.

I'M KIND OF OBSESSED WITH CONNECTION.

Over the last decade I've built my own framework for creating meaningful conversations.

I've used it in rooms with three people.

I've used it with 300.

And yes...

Hello.

I'm a Scorpio.

Surface-level networking has never really been my thing.

A FEW Things I’m Really Proud Of….

A desert landscape with a clear blue sky, distant mountains, and sparse vegetation.
A woman with long wavy brown hair, wearing a dark navy blazer and skirt, gold hoop earrings, and gold jewelry, standing indoors near a light-colored wooden cabinet, smiling and posing with her hand on her hip.
