My mission is simple: help badass women build businesses that work for them—not the other way around.
I’m an Operations Strategist and founder of a boutique Implementation Agency that supports female entrepreneurs in scaling with clarity, sexy systems, and fierce delegation. Because I believe every CEO deserves more time for travel, good food, deep friendships, and wine nights that don’t include checking Slack.
As an ex-corporate turned multi-passionate entrepreneur, I’ve helped brands scale beyond 6 and 7 figures with strategy that sticks and backends that don’t crumble under pressure.
Some say I’m bold and spicy—a Scorpio rebel at heart. I don’t do cookie-cutter anything, and I want to help you build a business that feels aligned, intentional, and wildly sustainable.
If you know Human Design, I’m a Projector—which makes me a natural guide, systems whisperer, and a master of working smarter, not harder. I don’t believe in 12-hour days. I believe in intentional automation, strategic delegation, and operations that let you lead like a true CEO.
Oh, and community? It’s everything. I’m the founder of the Bizz B*tch Collective—a fierce, unapologetic network of female entrepreneurs who believe in showing up fully, sharing resources generously, and building empires in community.
When I’m not building out ops plans, onboarding flows, and sexy community systems, I’m hosting networking events, coaching founders inside my programs, or helping women create businesses that support their lives—not steal from them.
I’ve served over 50+ clients, and my journey started just like yours—I was a virtual assistant figuring it out one system at a time. I grew into an OBM, and now I lead a full-service agency helping visionary women like you scale the hell out of their genius.

Because I’ve been the woman doing all the things—burning out, second-guessing myself, and wondering if this “freedom lifestyle” was really just a fancy version of being overworked and under-supported.

I started this agency because I saw too many brilliant women stuck in survival mode—juggling clients, building offers, managing teams, launching programs—and doing it all without a real system or strategy in place.
So I became the person I wish I had when I was starting out.
